Providing accurate information during registration ensures there are no complications when withdrawing later. Only one account can be created per mobile number.

No, running multiple accounts from the same device or the same mobile number is against 9hi77 rules. If multiple accounts are detected they may be cancelled and any balance held may be forfeited. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain a fair playing environment.
9hi77 is fully mobile-friendly. Access the site directly from your smartphone browser — no separate app download is needed. The site runs smoothly on both Android and iOS devices. The layout adjusts automatically to fit your screen size, so the gaming experience stays the same.
Deposits and Withdrawals
9hi77 currently supports four deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Mobile banking methods are the fastest — your balance updates within minutes of depositing. Bank transfers may take a little longer.
Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are usually credited to your 9hi77 account within a few minutes. Delays can occasionally occur due to network or payment gateway issues. If more than 30 minutes have passed, contact support via live chat with your transaction ID.
The minimum deposit amount at 9hi77 is ৳100 across all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All bonus offers apply even to small deposits, so it is possible to start with a limited budget.
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are usually even faster. Bank transfers may take a bit longer depending on the bank's working hours and processing.
9hi77 itself does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account may have its own transaction charges — these are set according to the respective mobile banking operator's policy. Check your mobile banking service's terms for details.
If a withdrawal is cancelled, the amount will be returned to your account balance. Contact our live chat support immediately to find out the reason and get it resolved. This usually happens due to a mismatch in account information or incomplete verification, both of which can be fixed quickly.
Games and Rules
You can bet on BPL and all other major local and international tournament matches in the 9hi77 cricket betting section. Bets can be placed both before the match starts and during live play. Each match offers various markets — match winner, toss, top run scorer and more. Select your market, enter your amount and confirm the bet.
The 9hi77 slots section features games from multiple premium providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play and JILI. Many games popular in Bangladesh are available here, including Fortune Tiger, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Gems and Aviator. Games can be played directly from the browser — no separate software needed.
RTP (Return to Player) is a theoretical statistic that shows how much a player gets back on average per bet over the long term. It does not guarantee a win in any specific session; it is the average across millions of spins. A higher RTP means a better chance of returns over time. All games at 9hi77 are run through certified providers, ensuring fair play.
Yes, the 9hi77 live casino runs fully on mobile. With a good internet connection (4G or WiFi) there is no problem playing with a live dealer. Using WiFi instead of mobile data is recommended to keep video streaming smooth.
Yes, Spribe's Aviator is available at 9hi77. It is a crash game where a plane takes off and a multiplier keeps increasing. You must cash out before the plane crashes. If you do not cash out in time, your bet is lost. It is fast-paced and exciting, but quick decision-making is essential.
Bonuses and Promotions
New members at 9hi77 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will add a bonus of ৳7,500. To receive the bonus, make your first deposit after registering and use the designated bonus code if applicable.
The wagering requirement for the 9hi77 welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you need to bet the bonus amount 10 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. Example: if you receive a ৳7,500 bonus, you need to wager a total of ৳75,000 to withdraw it. This requirement is reasonably low by industry standards.
